What you can do with our work, and what our analysis is — and is not.
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These terms cover your use of deepdivedata.co, published by Belenga Dev in Harare, Zimbabwe. By reading the site or using its tools you accept them. They are short, and the plain-English summary is accurate: read freely, share with credit, and do not treat our analysis as financial advice.
Deep Dive Data publishes data journalism: investigations, analysis, and interactive tools built from public datasets — government budgets, regulatory filings, company disclosures, and similar sources. Everything on the site is free to read. There are no accounts and no paywalls.
Some of our work covers listed companies, banks, insurance products, and other financial topics. It is journalism, not advice. We do not know your circumstances, we hold no advisory licence, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, insurance product, or financial service. If you are making a financial decision, consult a licensed professional.
Where our figures are modelled or estimated rather than reported, we say so on the page — usually in a methodology note. Estimates show the scale of a thing, not an audited total. Do not quote a modelled figure as an official statistic; quote it as our estimate, with the assumptions attached.
Our calculators and tools run on the assumptions displayed alongside them. They are for exploration and estimation. Tax, tariff, and price figures change; a tool may lag reality. Check the current official rate before acting on a number a tool gives you.
We work from cited sources and correct errors of fact when readers point them out — see the contact page. We cannot promise the site is error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it beyond what Zimbabwean law requires.
We link to source documents, news reports, and official sites. Those pages belong to their publishers; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
The site may carry advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers do not see our work before publication and have no say in it. How advertising cookies work is covered in the privacy policy.
We will update these terms when something material changes, and the date at the top will show when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
